Vision Insurance

We accept insurance from a number of different carriers. While it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to take care of their bill, we will work with you to submit insurance claims and get re-imbursement. If you do not see your insurance listed on this page, please contact our office as it may still be a carrier that we can work with.

The following is a partial list of insurance companies we can provide eyecare services through. If you don't see yours please contact us for verification of eligibility prior to your appointment, if we are not listed as a provider, Lens Mart gladly offers a discount in lieu of benefits. Some plans offer a discount only on Exam and materials and Lens Mart also allows discounts for uncovered services. We will be glad to assist you with any and all vision benefits and we will work hard to provide you the most re-imbursement allowable.
